Who am I?

Hi, I’m Hannah — a Greek-English Registered Dietitian with a deep passion for women’s health and the menstrual cycle.

I was raised in Greece and earned a First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from Coventry University in the UK. While I’ve gained valuable experience working in clinical settings, my true focus lies in academic research and developing my private practice.

In my free time, I love to travel and have been lucky to experience diverse cultures around the world. I also enjoy expressing myself through creative outlets like art and writing — and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me curled up with a fantasy (and spicy) romance book.

I’m a strong advocate for women’s rights and for reshaping the way we understand and research the female body.

My Personal Journey

My interest in women’s health started long before I earned my degree in dietetics and nutrition. From the age of 15, I’ve dealt with a range of gynaecological issues that have deeply shaped my perspective. I had an anemorrhoeic cycle until aged 18, when I was diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed the pill and later the Nuvaring. After coming off it, I began experiencing intense PMS symptoms that bordered on PMDD. I also suffered from constant bacterial vaginosis and was diagnosed with vulvodynia at the age of 23. Lastly and most recently, my PCOS diagnosis has been redacted, and I now have Endometriosis and Adenomyosis.

It has been chaotic to say the least...

Navigating these conditions has been incredibly challenging, especially when it comes to finding doctors or specialists who truly listen. Too often, I’ve been handed a prescription and sent on my way, without real support or understanding. These experiences fueled my passion not just for nutrition, but for holistic, compassionate care in women’s health. I’m committed to being the kind of support I once needed — someone who hears your story and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.

My Approach

As a holistic dietitian, I am dedicated to helping women understand and embrace the natural rhythm of their bodies.

My approach is based on nutritional therapy and involves empowering women through evidence-based information and resources, enabling them to make sustainable changes. These changes focus on nutrition, but also exercise and lifestyle.

My practice doesn't just focus on periods, but also conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS, and cycle phases such as pregnancy and menopause.

I believe in a holistic, patient-centred approach — one that goes beyond treating symptoms and truly supports women in reconnecting with their bodies and cycles.

In addition to nutritional therapy, I also educate women on their cycle. This focuses on cycle tracking and syncing, meaning adapting their life (diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits) to their menstrual cycle. It is also an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into who they are.

By understanding the unique needs of each woman's body throughout the different phases of their cycle life, I aim to create personalised plans that promote hormonal balance and overall health.
